Who we are

Sensei Agis training small children Group photo of some of our studentsThe Martial Arts Academy, Cyprus, offers classes in Limassol. Our Academy has students from over 30 different countries, from the ages of 4 to 65.

Students of our Academy have taken part in Cyprus National Championships as well as international competitions, gaining gold and silver medals.

Our courses are designed to teach discipline, self-confidence, self-defense, respect and balance within the framework of coordination, concentration and control.

Sensei Agisilaou has trained in Japan, England, Poland, Russia, Czech Repubic and Austria with world-renowned Japanese and European chief instructors.

Dojo Etiquette

Students in Seizap position Etiquette plays a significant part in Martial Arts training, regardless of style. In its most basic form martial arts etiquette is a prescribed set of standards for a person’s conduct and attitude towards themselves and others. Etiquette in the Dojo ensures a positive and safe environment that is necessary to accompany the physical aspects of the training.
