Events organized by the Academy in 2007
Following the success of our events in 2005 & 2006, our Academy with the support of its Chief Instructor Sensei Agis Agisilaou is organizing the 3rd Int'l Martial Arts Event, Karate-Do Championship and Seminars in Aikido, Karate & Tai Chi due to take place during the first week of May 2007 at Arsinoe Beach Hotel, Limassol.
The seminars will be conducted by the following two distinguished European Martial Arts experts:
- Sensei Vaclav Liska: Karate-Do & Tai Chi Instructor. Chief Instructor & Examiner of the Commission of Japanese Martial Arts. Technical Advisor & Chief Instructor of the Czech Commission of Martial Arts. Over 41 years'of experience in martial arts.
- Sensei Agis Agisilaou: Aikido & Karate-Do Chief Instructor & Examiner at the Martial Arts Academy with 26 years' of martial arts experience. Trained in Japan, England, Russia & the Czech Rep. Cyprus Champion 2001-2002, Cyprus Top Athlete 2002-2003 & Aikido Top Athlete 2005.
Event Schedule
2nd-3rd May: Seminars and Championship at Arsinoe Beach Hotel. 4th May: Demonstration by Masters and Athletes at Arsinoe Beach Hotel followed by the Award Ceremony.
5th-6th May: Black Belt Exams and Seminars at the Martial Arts Academy
